The difference in the contracts .
1....the waiting list contract is for a puppy ,maltipoo/maltepoo,maltapoo from poos4u that is NOT yet born .This contract is used to get on a list for certain color ,weight and other reason that you would have to WAIT for a puppy to be born .DO NOT USE the waitng list contract for a puppy that is on the available puppy pages on our sites .The correct amount of deposit for this contract is 200.00 and is taken from balance once a puppy is born that fits your preference .This is a NON -Refundable deposit in any other sense .
2..Available Puppy Contract ...
this contract is used for a puppy that is listed as AVAILABLE on our puppy pages .One you choose your puppy ,you would do this contract .This contract you MUST do even if you didi the waiting list contract once your puppy is chosen .The amount due with this contract is 1/2 price of the puppy at the time you choose with the balance due PLUS shipping ,delivery and health certificate 21 days before puppy leaves to come to you .You have also the option of paying in full at time of purchase .If not accompanied by this correct amount ,the amount will be returned and contract voided .
NO EXCEPTIONS !
